Antoinette England Brown

Antoinette is an administrative professional with over 10 years of experience successfully managing office operations across various industries. Prior to joining the VM Foundation, she worked with the Jamaica International Financial Services Authority (JIFSA), an agency of the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC), where she prepared the Agency’s budget and other financial reports, and monitored the expenditure to ensure the funds received were efficiently used. She is experienced in planning events and monitoring activities to ensure targets are met using the resources available. 

She joined the VM Foundation in September 2022 as a Programme Administrator where she helps to implement and manage philanthropic programmes and initiatives of the VM Group. Antoinette earned her degree with honours in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Management Institute of National Development. Her passion for administration comes from her love for organizational excellence and helping others achieve their goals.
