VM UpLift

Established over 30 years ago to foster the growth of the nation’s young and upcoming football prodigies, VM’s support of the  Under-13 Football Competition, a partnership with the St. James Football Association, has resulted in significant strides being made for young players with a passion for football.

Since then, the programme has evolved, adding personal development, leadership and financial education components and adopting a new moniker, VM UpLift.

VM UpLift focuses on improving the skills and capacities of coaches and student-athletes alike to allow them to develop a winning mindset, on and off the field.
